Testimonials

"This coaching program arrived at just the right time for me.  I was working through some difficulties at work that had me quite frustrated and discouraged.  As soon as I started to turn the pages of this material, I was convicted that I needed to change my approach.  That helped me tremendously personally.  I also enjoyed the ability to discuss issues with people I did not initially know who were seeing similar things playing out in other industries.  Each person thought in different ways and had different experiences. ”

“One of my favorite exercises was developing a personal growth plan, which I think is essential for every leader to do. I learned how to effectively meet the needs of a small group while, at the same time, staying on task and within the time allotted. I definitely gained new connections from the class and valuable insight that will carry on into my coaching and consulting. Thank you!”
